KARA SHULL PT, DPT, CSCS
Kara Shull is Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in sports performance and return-to-sport. Living and working in New York City for the past three years, she gained education and experience working with professional and elite athletes at pro tennis facilities and EXOS performance training centers in Dallas, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona.
Working with athletes – from NFL, MLS, MLB, UFC, and aspiring Olympians, to the everyday athletes – Kara has developed a comprehensive knowledge base for evaluation, treatment and analyzation of movement and motor control.
Her certifications in countless soft tissue, movement, and motor control rehabilitation techniques have allowed her to pursue her passion not only for helping people with injuries, but for teaching movement at the basic level.
In addition, the idea of teaching movement at the basic level led Dr. Shull to establish a not-for-profit organization called MOVEMENT2BE. Its goal and mission are to provide fun, interactive body education training to youth, helping them establish healthy, movement-focused habits, for life.
